Frequently asked questions about shipping

Processing Time For Capless Orders,It will take 3-5 working days to produce wigs and hair extensions. For Lace Orders,It will take 7-10 working days to produce wigs and hair extensions. For Monofilament Orders,It will take 10-15 working days to produce wigs and hair extensions.

Is the hair virgin unprocessed?

Yes, the hair is cut from one donor with full cuticle aligned, no acid bath, natural unprocessed.

Will the hair shedding or tangle?

The hair is double weft weaving with no shedding. And as virgin cuticle aligned with no tangle. It could last over a year if taken good care.

Why the hair has grey hair?

As virgin hair, we keep its original state. We will pick out the grey hair before packing, but kindly understand there might be some minimum exist in the bundle.

How long is the processing and shipment time?

There will be a 24-hour payment verifying time by aliexpress, we will ship the goods within 24 hours after the verifying time, shipment will take 3-5 days.

Why my order is frozen? What can I do?

It is payment security problem, please check with your bank why they block payment on aliexpress.

I cancelled my order, why I still do not receive the refund?

After the order is cancelled, it takes about 7 working days for aliexpress to process the refund.

What is your Returns/Exchange policy?

All returns will be considered on a case by case basis. All hair must be in the original packaging with all labels still attached. Unravelled or used bundles could not be returned or exchange.

How to care for the hair？

1)Use a mild Shampoo, Rinse and leave to dry. 2)Comb with a WIRE brush after dry. 3)If the hair is straight, pls straighten it after wash. If it is wave,please put some hair gel for holding this wave.
